This post is to inform you all that there is a new yoga course starting on Fridays at 11:00 to 12:00. Starting the 5th of April at the Fairground Craft Centre in Weyhill, Andover.
The practice with Belle will will focus on moving well. This is a morning yoga flow.
It’s suitable for everyone, if you have done yoga before great, if you haven’t done yoga before great too! Yoga with Belle is a class for every background, flexibility, physical condition and abilities where you can explore yourself in a safe environment. The flow is a slow movement yoga flow with a focus on moving well and sensitising to how you feel.
I will guide you throughout the movements in a slow paced class. The result is a relaxed and energised experience. Yoga with Belle is based on the principles of Strala Yoga. The yoga flow focuses on moving well while dropping stress in easy and challenging moments alike. The experience is a soft, connected and allowing experience where you will feel more of yourself. Strala yoga is a combination of Tai chi, Chi Kung, and yoga. Come and enjoy a good yoga class for everybody!

A new yoga course for all. Have you missed a gentle stretch?
Who is this course for?
This yoga class is for adults who have a good range of movement but can do with a bit more of stretching. Whether you are new to yoga or if you are a beginner this gentle yoga flow will invigorate you and make you feel fantastic from the inside out. This gentle yoga class combines the ancient techniques of Tai Chi, Chi Kung and Yoga.
This 5 week course is for you if:
- You would like to do some gentle stretches.
- You want to try a yoga class that is suitable to everybody.
- You have some sort of back pain, stiff muscles, arthritis.
- You like to move slowly and mindfully.
- You feel yoga can benefit your overall wellbeing and health.
- You like gentle exercise like Taichi or Chi Kung Movements.
- You would like to maintain or increase strength.
- You would like to increase flexibility whilst gaining strength.
- You would like to increase body awareness.
- You want to take care of yourself in new ways.
- You have stress or feel overwhelmed.
- You want to drop stress and feel relaxed.
My yoga class is suited to adults who want to relax and to move gently in a slow paced movement class. The focus is on your breath and on moving from your centre. We will progress together in our abilities to increase overall movement and wellbeing whilst taking greater care of ourselves.

About your guide
Belle Rivas – She studied Sivananda yoga in her teens and Indian classical dance as an adult. At some point in her my life she was feeling burned out from doing too much, stressed and sick, so she started to do meditation and to study Yoga.
She practiced Asthanga which was not giving her great results. In 2016 she met Tara Stiles in London “Om Yoga Show” Then she started to practice Strala Yoga online until she attended “Strala Yoga Intensive Training” in 2017.
In 2018 she completed her studies with the 200 hours Ready-To-Lead Training in London and in August she continued her education attending the 300 h Advanced Leadership Training in NYC with Tara Stiles and Mike Taylor.
She is currently guiding yoga classes in Snap Fitness Andover. She has also guided yoga at Project Workshops Andover.
Using the principles of Strala and being in contact with amazing guides and mentors from around the world finally helped her to feel at ease in her life.
Belle loves to help people to relax and feel good in her yoga classes for everyone. She has a passion for helping people to feel good in yoga movement class. She has learnt how to move well and drop stress in easy and challenging moments alike.
Strala Yoga uses the wisdom of Taichi, Shiatsu, Qi Gong and combines it with yoga. This journey is a continuous practice of self care and healing. Come and move well with me!
